Fish Bite Alarm
The Integrated Bite Monitoring System is a series of hi-tech devices that is the very best in bite monitoring hardware - giving you a real edge on the riverbank.
The system comprises up to four Bite Alarms and Bite Lights as well as a Multi Monitor - which links the whole system together.
Although a Bite Alarm and Bite Light can be used in isolation, they can be controlled remotely using the Multi Monitor - which can also handle up to four Bite Alarms and Bite Lights.
When used together the system allows you to retire to the comfort of your tent or umbrella - and still have total control of your fishing hardware, but with no cables.
The Design Village has been working with Dr Stewart Harding of Osteo-Ti Ltd for nearly 10 years.
Over this time we have helped the company design implant systems and their associated instruments.
In conjunction with Qualtech Ltd, a local precision engineering company, we have provided Osteo-Ti with prototype services to allow thorough testing of new designs prior to product release.
We have been involved with both of these projects from the outset. From the initial patent application through to the finished production drawings.
The Gate Post Positioning System shown opposite was designed and modeled in 3D, from which we are able to provide all of the 2D Drawings complete with parts list for manufacture as well as illustrations of the system with various gate types and colours for marketing purposes.
The Rising Hinged Gate was designed and modeled in 3D. Using 3D allowed us to simulate the degree of rise per each of it’s five possible settings when the gate is fully opened.
From these models we are able to produce the 2D drawings complete with parts list for manufacture and provide our client with images which may be used for marketing purposes. Also, from the model we produced a prototype unit (from the 2D Drawings) which enabled our client to put his product through a rigourous testing process.
